What are the core differences between Free and AI Pro?

Free is designed for solo organizers and small communities: basic AI planning, single-channel distribution, and a small GAIC credit grant. Paid events carry a 5% transaction fee.
AI Pro targets incubators, associations and mid-sized marketing teams: unlimited use of the five AI agents, one-click distribution to global and Chinese platforms, 0% fees on paid events, larger GAIC credit packs, and post-event ROI reports.

Question 2

How is the GAIC credit wallet billed? Any extra charges?

Accepted Answer

All AI generation (copy, posters, short videos, translation, etc.) and cross-channel campaigns are settled in GAIC tokens.
Each plan ships with a monthly credit grant. Overages can be topped up on demand under Me → Credit Wallet, and one-off credit packs are available without a subscription — nothing is auto-charged.

Question 3

Any difference between monthly and yearly? Can I upgrade or cancel mid-term?

Accepted Answer

Yearly saves 2 months versus monthly, with identical features.
You can upgrade at any time inside the app — the price difference is prorated for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle, and consumed credits are non-refundable.

What does the Enterprise plan include beyond the standard tiers?

Accepted Answer

A private deployment for global brands, automakers and chamber-of-commerce events: dedicated GAIC credit packs and off-peak compute nodes, multi-admin org structures, custom CRM and data-sync channels, and a 1:1 customer success manager.

Who owns the AI-generated assets and event data?

Accepted Answer

The organizer owns everything. AIMeetup only stores and processes the data as a tool provider, and never uses your event data, attendee info or generated assets to train third-party models.
AI Pro and Enterprise support one-click export of event data, attendee lists and lead reports.

Question 6

How does checkout work during the MVP stage?

Accepted Answer

We're currently in MVP and online payment isn't wired up yet. After you submit a plan, we'll follow up by email within one business day to confirm activation details, GAIC credit quota and payment options.
Once we launch, we'll support credit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay and corporate bank transfers.
