This page is maintained by AIMeetup and describes the terms under which you use the AIMeetup platform. It is not legal advice — if you need advice on how these terms apply to you, please consult a lawyer.
2. Who can use AIMeetup
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're using AIMeetup on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.
3. Accounts & content
You are responsible for your account credentials and for content you submit — event pages, photos, messages. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share. We may remove content that violates these terms or our Code of Conduct.
4. Events & tickets
Organizers are responsible for the events they host on AIMeetup — including venue safety, speaker line-up, refunds, and legal compliance in their jurisdiction. AIMeetup provides the platform; the organizer is the counterparty for each ticket you buy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the platform; don't scrape attendee data; don't use AIMeetup to send spam or unlawful communications. See our Code of Conduct for behavioral expectations at events.
6. Your content, our platform
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant AIMeetup a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the AIMeetup service. We keep ownership of the AIMeetup brand, logo, and platform code.
7. Third-party services
The platform integrates with third-party services (payments, email, maps). Their terms apply to their portion of the service.
8. As-is service
AIMeetup is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AIMeetup is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or attendance at an event.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, when significant, by email to account holders.
